Highfleet is one of the few games that I can glaze without any asterisks
It's got a great, sandpunk atmosphere. decent story, good writing, made by a keyed ruski (going on his jewtube channel his first video is about his faith and it starts with "I believe in Jesus Christ"), gameplay in both the strategic map and dogfights is great, the minigames are fun and the visuals are great (tanc a lelek is a banger as well)

Are there any other games like this? Either in atmosphere or writing or keyed factor?
 
I never played highfleet but from what I can see on the internet, it reminds me of Homeworld: Deserts of Kharrak.
Most homeworld games are kino and I've heard a new one has come out recently but they're all space rts games. But DOK takes place on a desert planet and is a prequel to the other games so you can play it first without having to play the others.

I've played it actually, great atmosphere but the story and gameplay were kind of forgettable
Don't remember much about the story and the gameplay was serviceable but I don't recall it being too engaging (might've been a skill issue). Absolutely loved the aesthetic and design of the vehicles, and the sheer scale of it.
Never paid much attention to the rest of the homeworld franchise, don't like space
