Looking at these laptops right now.

Dell XPS 15, Thinkpad Xtreme gen 2, or a Lenovo Thinkpad P52
1650ti, 32gb ram, and 1tb ssd /1650, 64gb ram, and 1.5tb ssd / quadro p3200, 32gb ram, and 512gb ssd
$600, $415, and $450 respectively

If you have any advice or experiences with these laptops, please post about them. And could you help me find alternative laptops in case there's a better deal somewhere? Need one for college.

Hello, this is a gif of me dancing. People call me a selfish little fuck, but all I want is a good laptop for a cheap price. Oh, and I want other people to do the searching for me. Going to go be selfish now, goodbye.

Are you going to play games on it
Yes, but only light gaming. Games like factorio and age of empires 2. I know those games could run on an apu, but a dedicated graphics card is just a plus to have in case I want to run something heavier like cs2 which I play frequently on my desktop.

The XPS line is consoomer-tier iirc. Dell makes a workstation (basically business laptops with dedicated GPUs) line of laptops called Precision. Check those out too.

Thanks for this advice. I actually tried to buy a precision dell w/ an rtx quadro 3000 and an i7 9th gen w/ 48gb of ram but the payment failed because my bank was offline. The guy sold it the next day for less than $300.

Buy a MacBook
Fuck Lenovo, go with the XPS 15 or just look into anything Dell
This. Lenovo is chinkshit and the only reason they're even relevant is because they bought IBM's PC division like 20 years ago.
Dell may be pozzed amerimutt shit, but I'd imagine you're probably getting fucked by both the CCP and CIA when you buy Lenovo.
ThinkPads honestly do look nicer though. Latitudes used to look sleek but now they're boring gray boxes.
Picrel was the peak of business laptop design.
