Soy Have you ever actually had any Soylent products?

GemersonLakeAndPalmer

Gemerald is lying, I use Xubuntu!
I was thinking about ironically trying it out but it costs $3.00 per bottle for the normal stuff at the lowest. Keep in mind this brand promotes itself as being a cheap nutritious drink but it is actually pretty expensive because Californians are out of touch subhumans.

I'd recommend getting some Ensure protein shakes instead of the soylent crap. Yes you'll look like an old person by drinking them, but they're probably better for you. Drank them all the time as a kid because I was (and still am) rail-thin.
Honestly seems like a good idea, my BMI is like 19. I will head to Walmart after class to see if the pricing is decent. (I am a college student struggling to find a job Selfish Little Fuck)

They sell generic ones too but they don't taste as good. Even the name brand ones do taste a bit like chemicals but they're not awful.

It tastes like shit and other than the soy it mainly consists of oil and lab-produced sweeteners that give you cancer. If you seriously use it as a meal replacement you will get malnutrition and fucked up hormone levels.

do amerimutts really consider a bmi of 19 to be below average?

Update: I tried Muscle Milk (The vanilla flavor) and it costed me like $4.50 for one bottle (I just had my first day on the job even though it was just an hour tour.) So I am not going to be using that to get my protein up, (Unless it was just my college overcharging for shit.)

I'm mildly intrigued by the prospect, but nope. I would try it if it wasn't so overpriced, and if it wasn't 400 whole calories per bottle. That's a whole sandwich as a drink, and it clearly wouldn't taste half as good. I could also just have four slices of toast, or two with eggs.

19 is only pretty low if you're muscular, about average if you're not. I think anywhere from 17-24 is the "healthy"/expected range if you're a teenager, <17 being slightly underweight, and then when you are an adult it's like 18-23. My opinion is that people should stick to the low end of that, though, unless they're trying to be big.

A better way to go about it is bodyfat %, where 13% or lower is the athletic ideal, and nobody should go over 25% or they will die of mysterious fatoid sudden death disease (When your heckin' valid eating habits are no longer "empowering" and "body positive" and now you have to face reality. )

Any kind of protein shakes have an intolerable taste to me. Never liked them.
And that's probably why you choose to represent yourself with a female tranime character.

It's good for workouts thoughevertheless, real food doesn't sit well in my stomach immediately after workouts when it's best to consoooom protein.

I am active in sports and somehow I have a fucking 28 BMI. Like I'm not even fat.

It is around 15-20% for me.
