I can legpress 800 lbs (I have very strong legs and also it's genetic aswell my mom had very strong legs and so did my dad they could both legpress 1000 lbs.) Gripstrength: 191.8 lbs my bench hasnt increased that much nor my deadlift but im gonna cut in preperation of white-boy summer of '24 thats coming up soon.
 
Good for you. My legpress was around 600 last time I checked.

What is your deadlift exactly? I can do 430 on that, and it's a helpful exercise.

What did you do to work on your core?
 
that’s so cool omg - i’m gonna start going to the gym properly soon with some friends because working out at home isn’t cutting it for me

i can bench an averagw sized child and squat a grown man but i don’t know these in real units 😭🙏 i work mainly on aesthetics

I mostly do Pushups, Situps, And Pullups for core strength oh and also tree climbing and running and crawling up and down the hills all through out my area. My deadlift has increased and acouple months ago my deadlift was about 300 lbs and 350 lbs on a good day but now its around 400 lbs to a 450 lbs on a good day but it hasnt increased much this month it took acouple months for me to get to 400 lbs my goal is to be able to deadlift 500 lbs by white-boy summer.

Muscle grouping i like to work: Quads, Triceps, Biceps, Abdominal grouping, And forearms and hands.

Very good, I do most of these besides tree climbing and that hill stuff. I run a 5k every week. If you want more cardio and core the jumprope would be a great start.

I will consider using the jumprope more but I would recomend you to run/walk through your native enviornments and explore them and get used to them so incase of war to break which i think will happen you can run off into the bush.
