Today I had leg day, I did barbell squats 4x12, leg curls 32kg 4x12, prone leg curls 36kg 4x12 and calf raises 82kg 1x20->1x15->2x12
Pretty sure I've progressed enough to finally add weight to the barbell.
Think I might be stuck on 32kg for the leg curls for another week.
prone leg curls are kinda easy, might increase.
I've maxed out calf raises, I just have to do more reps next time.
