Sharty Expand /archive/'s function

Stephen

Well-known memb-ACK!!!!!!
/archive/ could be used to make threads archiving sharty ones, via screenshot chains and whatnot.
Sude Archive has died and NuDev's schizophrenidysphoria prevents him from loosening up on these protections, as noted in the wiki's Indonesia article.
While new archives may rise, obviously not from Froot and Company, a board like this would at least offer a cruder form of long-lasting protection for threads, as it would be public, accessible by everyone, and jannyable if the need arises.(no 'p or ponies archiving(bleed out and die))
Additionally, the board could branch out to archiving other soyjak-related media like hard to find videos, as well as a place for future archive devs to potentially share their progress.

The constant failure of Sharty archival since the Log Warehouse could obviously not be truly fulfilled by an /archive/ board, however it would still be good to promote a spirit of archiving to remedy this failure by the FNWO. It could probably be started by archiving some of the bigger threads on the 'log right now, like the current Operation Reality thread(the previous ones are gone).
Furthermore, by having this function, it would bring more people into the Bloggy, even as just archivists. We could have the schloggy be cited on the wiki for those screenshots as proof of things happening, with an active community to provide them and call out fakes. It could also be more of a selling point to generally get people in the schlogmmunity and maybe even convince Froot to put us back on the top bar again. Not like he can do better!
