This was a fun event, my friends. To be honest I picked Imperator on a whim and had switched sides several times.
I'm not that upset because both candidates had flaws and good traits.
Steve is a fucking weirdo, but he's more level-headed (with decision making at least) and probably a safer bet. Imperator's a chaos candidate and I went with him solely for the fact he seemed like he had a lot more stamina and personality.

I'm disappointed in the reactions from both sides on this. My side is already challenging the results and making baseless accusations, and Steve's group is only creating chaos.
I still believe that this entire contest was unnecessary and that the current staff team was fine. However, I realize that I cannot do anything about it. Being angry won't get me anywhere, and again I wasn't really invested in this beyond the shitposting aspect of it.
I'm mainly just glad it's over. Activity from other threads was being drained because of this shitshow.

Doll can go fuck himself to be honest. This has only created a sense of conflict and paranoia amongst the userbase, and its effects will be felt for quite a while. I'm appalled by his desire to (if I had to guess) generate website activity. That's all.

Initially I was going to say I hope he drops the thing entirely, but it's far too late to turn back now and that would result in both sides chimping out on an unprecedented scale.
Maybe this was for the best, filtering out more immature people. Not that I'm a shining example, but still.

Personally, I tried to go about this in the most mature way possible. Imperator's side is no substance, only immaturity, giving no actual reasons as to why you should vote for Imperator. I asked a ton of people, and I got poor responses. Steve just felt like the better option, on the mature side of things, as an actual moderator who's fit for the role, whereas Imperator is nothing but shitflinging, chaos and purely theatrics.

I was with the Tie Party. I was the only one until a couple others sided with my cause. We got consolidated with the LDD party without our knowing. We actually almost won, It was 51/51/12 before Sneedman voted Steve.

I can't help but feel like there is a stark difference between Steve voters and Imperator voters. I barely interact with any of the Imperator voters.

This is false in my opinion. Ignoring people apparently is a bad thing? That sounds pretty immature imo, ignoring people instead of fighting with them is more mature than fighting with them is it not?

Forgot to mention it but it wasn't simply "ignoring". They were constantly jacking themselves off on how "quiet" and "calm" the thread was after blocking all Imperator kikes. If you are going to ignore someone for being retarded then don't make yourself a hypocrite by talking about it constantly.
