I used to do something similar, used to eat notebook sheets whenever I was feeling stressed out. The most I ate in a day was 5. Never felt sick to be honest

No, actually I don't even eat it most of the time, I chew it until it becames somewhat like gum, then I let my mouth absorb it slowly. And then I have another.

The flavor is alright. Good consistency. Reminds me a bit of well-done steak, but a bit mushier and more "juicy" (due to the saliva). I like how it feels in my mouth.
