Eh, you're both Black, both of a roughly similar body type (the Twomad guy was still larger and less fit/active in comparison to you, judging by that martial arts video you have), phenotypic qualities of the eyes and nose are also a bit similar. You kind of look like him, but not enough to where there's an obviously noticeable resemblance.

I think he's simply referring to the common Black cultural interest in basketball in order to describe how he views you; as a Black person who he believes would have an interest in the sport.
