There are parents out there who think that explaining to them whats wrong and simply asking whats wrong as well as never punishing there children is a good thing.
as a parent you are suppose to prepare you child for the real world. In the real world no boss is going to simply ask "whats wrong" or be sympatethic. your failing to teach your child the truth about life and punishment.

Yeah, i got slapped and spanked a few times. Obviously I didn't like it back then but I think it was a good thing now that I've grown. A nice smack got me thinking straight again. There's only so much you can do by saying "don't do that please" over and over.
I think corporal punishment should only be used as a last resort though. Belts and shit are too much.
