No, I think I'm hardware/range banned, like you can see in OP I'm using a VPN but that doesn't work, I also tried posting while at school and that didn't work

Either his face reveal is cap or he just inspect elemented his IP to some Indian one just to fuck with us, either case is equally likely imo
