when a new forced countrywar starts i always appreciate the new gems made because of the countries flinging shit at eachother
not to mention the comments are always so insanely autistic that cracks me up everytime

more enjoyable drama than whatever drama /soy/ has to offer
 
A lot of the images that they make seem pretty similar to each other. Hanging brown troonjak dressed in a flag with gigachud clothed in opposing flag. The autistic screeching still is funny to me though.

Modern /soy/ feels like a big LARP group of people who protect a culture they don't even know the tenets of
The 'ru feels like a club of intellectuals coming up with a new solution to a millenia old mathematical problem with class and subtility

I suppose our 'ru can serve the purpose the original 'ru did, i.e archiving soyjaks and keeping a record of our culture. SoyBooru has outlived that goal and now has its own distinctly bizarre culture separate from the sharty, and it's even become impossible to use it as a 'jak archive due to rulecucking and admins trying to force their own agendas onto it.
