An organic oolong with honeyed, fruity and roasted notes.

Chinese tea is so good. For the Chinese New Year I was with a Chinese friend and he had the best tasting tea i’ve ever had.

2g of tea per 10cl of water. use clean water. Don't infuse the tea too long it will get bitter, but enough so you can taste the tea. Each tea has it's own time, but the instruction is on the bag usually. Don't boil the tea, it will burn the leafs. Each tea has its own max temperature it can handle, but you can also infuse tea cold (great during summer)

I think she was kind of crazy though, I looked at her arms and noticed a few cutting scars. She might’ve been into me though, we used to read books together and sometimes she’d “accidentally” slip and touch my hand as we turned the pages
