    Is AMD FX8350 4ghz really that bad?

    People say I need to upgrade, but isn't 99% of modern games been basically run by the GPU alone for decades? I mean, they have to port 99% of games to crapbox and gaystation, so they can't go too wild with the min specs. If I get a 4070, wouldn't I be able to near-max >90% of (modern) games?
