I don't get the hate boner for 'lig. It was there from the very start and will always be a part of the site no matter what the admins try to do. Agree, /qa/ should be an autistic free for all, as is historical tradition.

I think it is a good idea to integrate /qa/ and /a/. The more factions fight the better the board will be. I also think that /pol/ should be deleted. I think it would be funny to have people advocate unironically for TND in-between furry, dino, and anime posts.

I still feel like it should be mentioned. I don't think the volume of people being banned is so large so as to cause an undue burden for the sites administration. Also, when you ban for 'cord what exactly does that mean? I use it to talk to students from my university to collaborate in groups...
