Perfectionism is the bane of a lot of artists. Even Tolkien had his glaring flaws, so don't kill yourself over your flaws. I get past this by just treating everything I write as a rough draft and tell myself I'll go back and fix it later.

Thats probably one of the hardest parts about writing. Thinking of stories is one thing, but having the time, patience, and skill to write it out is another. Thats why there are so many shitty best sellers. Just having the will and talent to finish a 200k word book is challenging enough.
