Add a post limit of 5 posts a day. If someone acts rude deduct 2 posts from their limit. Good users who are nice will get a higher limit. This will combat the problem of rudeness.

There should be as few rules as possible. There are only two rules for a website that ever truly necessary. They are 1: don't post illegal stuff and 2: don't do anything that could get the site taken down Anything else is just rulecuckery
