    Actually IDK, the easiest thing would be downloading a nulled version of xenforo and running it on your machine.

    Does the theme have to be a complete xml file or can it be a simple CSS style?
    If it has to be XML I'll just make the theme for Schlog+

    You could just use a CSS skin with the firefox style picker, the XML is for if you want to actually install a theme to the server.
    Do you have any resources available for making a Xenforo theme?

    I'll give you the sauce to my photon theme and you can modify it as you wish, if you wanna do some custom shit I guess you can ask chatgpt for help, idk I'm no expert.
