Really you'd be stupid to not see Victini as your favorite.

where can I learn about pokemon lore saar I never even played an official pokemon game geg
and idk what events are xD

There isn't a whole lot of story to pokemon, you can probably read up on all the lore and trivia on Victini's bulbapedia page. By event I mean in-game event, when you went to catch mythical pokemon in any pre-gen 6 game they often had a little area of the game where you caught it at, it was always great content. Victini had the Liberty Garden event.

Victini's Unova Pokédex number is 000, making it the only Pokémon to legitimately have the number 000 in any Pokédex listing.
Huh interesting, do you know why this is?

Its explained ingame that his dex entry comes before the dex number because the person who made the unova pokedex wanted Victini to stay hidden so people wouldn't think to abuse its power so instead of putting it in the back of the dex with every other mythical ever its first at spot #000 making Unova the only region where the grass starter isn't first in the regional dex. Its nat dex is number #494 though.
