well usually you use emulators on real time corruptor like bizhawk

then though these emulators you load your roms and then you can start corrupting It

i found a video on using it with retroarch but if that doesnt work i can use emulators like dolphin and project64

also yes you can use dolphin and for Nintendo 64 games you use an older version of bizhawk along with the correct firmware files in the firmware folder
