I wrote far too much, and there's a character limit on these comments, so I'll have to space things out, but here are my thoughts in multiple parts:
I'd say a woman's strengths predominantly lay in what you just mentioned; motherhood, and being able to have children, and by "have", I mean this not only in literal terms of the capability to give birth, but through a more figurative definition;

having the ability to teach them concepts and nonphysical things, like etiquette or mental skills, far easier than men can, therefore establishing these kids as her own children just as they are her husband's, these offspring inheriting her own teachings alongside their father's, with the father often teaching handy, physical, manual skills as an equal part to the mother's teachings.

From this, we can see that women are, on average, usually better at retaining information surrounding some of the liberal arts, like literature, mathematics, and sciences, which is why we have a lot of female teachers, for example. They don't hold leadership in these roles because leading and courage more often than not falls back into the skills of men,

while compassion and emotion fall into womanhood's usual psychological traits (this is why personal care workers and nurses are far more commonly women, since these are jobs where you take care of people. Also why many authors of books with drama, passion, and emotion are women). Really, a lot of it goes back to motherhood;

compassion to care for and comfort the children, non-physical thoughts to intrigue, entertain, and have the knowledge to more easily care for the children's health, and even in physical biology, a woman's body is simply more suited to cuddle and cradle her children as they rest than a father's is.

All of this is not to say there are outliers on either side in the wide range of human abilities, but it is simply the biological average from my own observations.
Sorry for the huge paragraph, I just had a lot of thoughts.

All of this.
If women behaved like men children would grow to be fucked up.
There's an innate psychological tuning in women that activates at pregnancy and that remains til way after the child is born that allows her to be more receptive of her child's signals, and when this duo isn't functionnal, the development of the child can halt

And men generally speaking suck at communication since they feel less emotions and also display these emotions less, so all men groups tend to be less efficient at coworking than a mixed gender group

baqqrih- what if a woman doesn’t want to be a mother? or doesn’t have the capacity to
because really again i see your points but also… none of this can happen without a man providing elsewhere for the woman to take care of her kjds
if the woman works she’ll rarely ever be able to take care of her children

Well, my intention in typing all that was not to necessarily say one is destined for motherhood, but rather a lot of a woman's skills have to do with it. As I stated, compassion, and the wide range of liberal arts are the two main things I see women do good at, so jobs like being a nurse or a teacher are two jobs they're greatly suited for.
