I appoint jannies if we need new ones, or dismiss them if they aren't doing a good job at moderation. I'm neutral about this apparent grudge that Small holds against you, especially since he does an otherwise splendid job with janny stuff, so I'm going to instead let Doll decide about it if he does notice that it's an issue.
