Gen 1: Goldeen, yet another pointless water type that only exists to be dex padding to get it to 150
Gen 2: Smoochum, baby pokemon were a horrible, horrible gimmick.
Gen 3: Volbeat/Illumise, I know this is two pokemon but they tried to do the Nido thing again but as shitty bugs.
Gen 4: Lucario, hate this thing like you can't believe, it beats out easy choices like lickilicky and mime jr for me.

Gen 6: Vivillon and Furfrou, having both of these here because they forgo'ed having an actual regional dex in favor of a billion different forms of those two shitmons

Gen 8: Obstagoon, what a way to desecrate the lineage of the 2nd best route 1 pokemon.

Gen 9: Its damn hard too choose with gen 9 because I don't think they had any more ideas for pokemon at this point but if I had to choose I think meowSHITrada is a safe bet, albeit a part of me just wants to put every paradox pokemon in the spot thanks to their distinct lack of anything redeeming.

Honorable mentions to every single Hisui shitmon, they actually made a dex of 100% stinkers but it doesn't fit into the scope of this question.
