Prophet Mohammad (صلى الله عليه وسلم) didn't die from the poison given by the Jewish woman, if that's what you're referring to. While he and his companions did drink that poison, Prophet Mohammad (ﷺ) was the only one that survived and unfortunately it was his companions (رضي الله عنهم) that would die from the poisoning. The Prophet (ﷺ) would later die from natural causes 4 years after the poisoning.
