230 ships, which exactly cause thats kinda small if these are ordinary destroyers

@YuriGOD well yeah you can rush down marco-polo bridge incident before they can prepare
also i built large ships like light and heavy cruisers and only had 5 dockyards on destroyers
japan starts w/ 195 ships
