There's a lot of funny stories like this one. He went on a vacation to Paris with my grandmother & my mother once, and he SOMEHOW managed to lose her in a subway. He obviously found her or otherwise I wouldn't be here writing this, but it's terrifying and funny at the same time.
He visited Greece as well, I think it was the Aegean Islands.
