when i went to sleep, i literally had SLEEP PARALYSIS of me clicking a video file that angeleno had sent me on telegram and i was half asleep half awake when i clicked on it, and it was unironically HORRIFYING. so like the video had maggots crawling around, loud screams, jumpscares of random shit and nikocado avocado dancing.

also, i think it was sleep paralysis cuz i couldn’t move but i still saw the video playing and the telegram background while my bedroom door was visible through the darkness.
