How do I make a poll on /mtv/?

Some boards don't have the option to make polls on, for some reason. There has been some discussion in the janny chat of eventually changing this and extending the poll feature to all boards in the "The Club - trivial stuff" section.

Could you move a thread if I made it in /you/ and keep the poll?
