    Initally, DOLL was responsible for unbanning this user. I permabanned them today, but after doing some INTENSIVE investigation (quickly skimming xer twitter account) I have decided to unban xer. If anyone has anything they'd like to bring forward that'd show support against this decision, feel free to post it here or in a conversation with me.
