To be fair, this is one of the most annoying ones, because you have to play for so long. I think I did it the first time together with Mehmets Ambition, because if you own everything you need to form Rome by 1500, you've basically won already anyways. Nowadays probably easiest with just an Austria game and restart until you get a free PU with HUN.
