No its not, Im willing to bet it has nothing to do with the shooter and was either taken from some random 4chan or sharty thread or was made after the shooting to troll us into thinking the shooter was a soyteen

Also, it doesn't matter if he is or isn't one. The media will pick up the manifesto attributed to him either way and put the blame on us. This shit happened to other sites too like the kiwifarms (unjustly) and 8chan (justly). Either the site will get fucked with by the feds, we'll lose our hosts, or we will get an influx of /r9k/incels who will get the site taken down.
