I would suggest getting rid of it unless you use it for something more important in your daily life such as communication with your parents etc. Even then shit like that can be done by a flip phone with nearly none of the hassle of a modern one.

It won't change if you use a dumbphone, you can still be tracked by cellular triangulation. Just use your phone as a tool and not as an entertainment device. Get rid of your social media apps and install an eBook reader or something similar.
