There’s definitely better Jannies then others, but a moderate and controlled amount of (good) drama builds character in the site, and the user base will fix itself. The reason it sucks right now is because with Frootcord the site mould was shaped to fit Discord users and Twitter immigrants. By shaping it a better way the community would naturally and eventually shape into something better almost all on their own.
