for the purpose of this thread "underweight" means a BMI of 17.5 and "overweight" means a BMI of 27
im already the former and its not too bad but i get tired easily.

Easiest thread ever.
Anorexia > Cardiac Failure, High BP, Type 2 Diabetes, Gout etc.

depends on what type of overweight. how much of the weight is muscle?

its all fat
but the underweight one has no muscle
in this scenario neither are athletic at all

overweight then because it's easier to drop down to a healthier weight and build muscle

malnutrition is as bad as being obese
I think it becomes unreversable once your body starts eating your muscle to survive. That will lead to cardiac failure (much like obesity), but because your body is quite literally eating your heart.

being skinny was a living nightmare
90lbs 5'9 my life was genuinely in danger a couple years ago
thank god I put on some weight though

Schlogtrannies are skinnyfat, no vote neccessary

I can't wait to trample you lanklets with my superior weight. Good luck stopping me, wet noodle FAGGOTS

I'd probably rather be fat. Easier to fix than being underweight, if you're skinny you need you to put more time into eating, overweight is the opposite. You literally just have to stop eating. Albeit if I was going to stay as one, I'd rather be underweight.
