@baqqrih Basically, in this thread, I discussed that I wanted to learn russian. What follows that is extreme derailing and off topic posts, it had to get moved to /srs/ which deterred nobody and DOLL even hadded a Very Serious tag and that deterred nobody too.

I would recommend banning a few users from /srs/ now.

Name some names so that I can investigate the issue (the "report" feature also helps with this, just reporting a single post allows us to see what user to focus our attention to).

Report button = insta ban for me. I never touch that button again, but if I were you, it'd just be best if you went through the thread yourself so you can just use your best judgement o algo.

I don't know? I'd say page 1, but around page 15, this Nigkiller Tojo guy gets into some drama, but tbh it just goes on for so long, people stop arguing about Russian and start arguing about whether Nigkiller tojo is japanese or not.

Anyways, I don't have a russian keyboard yet but coйroй (y is u, thats wrong, hold on. There you go, it's й) will get one o algo. I'll update you all, if anyone is reading about my progress and some things I've been able to read in the wild or something like that. I have mentioned previously though that I have been able to read some people's names, like I met some guy in TF2 who's name was "Gitler" in russian. It's actually very fun being able to read a different language. Many people have attempted to disuade me but at this point, I am more than intrigued. So I'll keep going and see where it leads me.

And hey, if I end up not succeeding at all, then can't say I didn't try, eh? Atleast I can actually read Cyrillic now, I used to think that shit was impossible.

Everytime I play TF2, there is always Russians, which is why I wanna learn it. It's a good reason atleast.
