It started working almost immediately

When Aedra asked if it was okay to marry a 9 year old, parkles outright just said "yah"
Hagon then reported her.
Aedra gave a perma.

Update​

Oot leaked his clitty and unbanned parkles / shortened her ban to a few days, Oot and Aedra got into janny drama which made DOLL temporarily demote both of them. After that was over, Doll gave aedra and oot their janny powers back and things continued for normal until Froot came online, found a good excuse to perma ban parkles again, locked both of her threads and called it a day.
